Planrove is not required to compensate you for voluntarily submitted feedback.

You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of information that is critical to your travel.
18. Changes to Planrove
Planrove reserves the right to add, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue service functions.
Changes to features do not automatically change these Terms.
When a service change materially affects your contractual rights or obligations, Planrove provides notice as required by law.
Planrove does not guarantee that every feature remains available indefinitely.
19. Account Suspension and Termination
You can stop using Planrove at any time.
Registered users can request account deletion through Planrove's account and data-management functions or through the public account deletion request page:

- Your use creates a security risk;
- Your use interferes with the service or other users;
- Suspension or termination is required by law;
- The account is involved in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
Where the issue can be corrected without immediate suspension, Planrove can provide an opportunity to correct the violation.
Immediate action can be taken when necessary to protect users, data, systems, or legal rights.
Account suspension does not automatically delete your account information.
Account deletion is handled separately from account suspension.
If you own a shared trip with other active members, ownership needs to be transferred or the other members need to be removed before account deletion can be completed.
20. Privacy
Planrove processes personal information in accordance with the Planrove Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains:

You remain responsible for your travel decisions and for verifying important information with authoritative sources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planrove and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service.

If a dispute arises, you and Planrove should first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication.
A dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under the law governing the dispute.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising consumer rights or using dispute-resolution procedures that the law gives you.
25. Changes to These Terms
Planrove updates these Terms when changes to the service, legal requirements, or contractual rules require updated terms.
Routine application updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, and interface changes that do not affect your contractual rights or obligations do not require an update to these Terms.
When a change materially affects your rights or obligations, Planrove provides notice through the App or another appropriate communication channel.
The effective date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the current Terms.
Your continued use of Planrove after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If applicable law requires separate consent to updated Terms, Planrove obtains that consent before the updated Terms apply to you.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
The invalid or unenforceable provision is interpreted or adjusted only to the extent required to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
27. No Waiver
If Planrove does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive the right to enforce the provision later.
A waiver is effective only when it is expressly provided by an authorized representative.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Planrove Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a specific Planrove feature, form the agreement governing your use of Planrove.
If specific feature terms conflict with these Terms, the specific feature terms control only for that feature.
